About the Role
We’re partnering with Zendbox — one of the UK’s fastest-growing fulfilment innovators — to find a Head of Fulfilment & Distribution who can turn operational complexity into seamless delivery.

You’ll lead the entire end-to-end fulfilment journey: from goods in to goods out, B2B to D2C, picking to packing, and everything in between. This isn’t about keeping the lights on — it’s about building a world-class operation that delivers up to 20,000 orders a day without breaking a sweat.

Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll manage and develop a talented leadership team across B2B, Inventory, QC, and Outbound, driving operational excellence while keeping pace with a high-growth, multi-channel business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the process – Lead and optimise fulfilment, inventory, QC, and distribution functions across all channels.

• Lead & inspire – Build and coach a high-energy, high-performance culture where teams thrive under pressure.

• Drive improvement – Introduce smart, scalable processes that boost speed, accuracy, and efficiency without sacrificing quality.

• Collaborate to win – Partner with commercial, tech, forecasting, and customer service teams to deliver a joined-up experience from click to customer.

• Hit the numbers – Deliver on KPIs that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

• Champion safety & compliance – Keep operations safe, compliant, and audit-ready while meeting world-class quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record leading large-scale fulfilment or distribution operations.

• Experience spanning inbound, outbound, inventory, B2B, and QC.

• Strong WMS knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Data-driven problem solver who thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

• Confident, clear communicator who can influence at all levels.

• Tenacious, ambitious, and relentlessly focused on getting things done.
