We’re partnering with a Luxury skincare brand, navigating the complexities of scale. This is an opportunity for an experienced supply chain leader to take ownership of end-to-end operations and embed the strategic foundations needed for long-term growth.

This newly created role sits on the senior leadership team and will play a critical role in shaping how the business delivers for customers, across forecasting, inventory, planning, logistics, systems, and supplier performance. You’ll lead the supply chain function through a period of rapid transformation, where clarity, efficiency, and commercial focus are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable supply chain strategies across planning, procurement, logistics and systems.

• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, service levels, and working capital.

• Design and optimise planning processes across all sales channels.

• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Tech, and Operations to align on priorities and performance metrics.

• Build strong relationships with third-party logistics and supply partners to improve service and efficiency.

• Lead supply chain projects including new system implementations and workflow redesigns.

• Inspire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team through clear KPIs and a collaborative culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer environment.

• Deep expertise across demand planning, S&OP, inventory management.

• A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen—able to balance long-term planning with hands-on execution.

• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, engaging confidently with exec-level stakeholders.

• A track record of delivering operational transformation and cost savings without compromising service quality.

• Leadership style that combines clarity, pace and empathy, able to build strong teams and elevate performance.

• Industry knowledge of beauty, cosmetics, CPG - highly beneficial.
