IMPACT EVOLVE is proud to be working exclusively with Hawkstone to support their search for a detail-oriented and organised Inventory Coordinator.
Founded in 2021 by Jeremy Clarkson and the Cotswold Brew Co, Hawkstone has rapidly grown into a leading name in the premium Beer and Cider industry. The company partners with British farmers to source top-quality ingredients, producing some of the most exciting products on the market.
With ambitious plans for 2025, the company is strengthening its supply chain operations and is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to ensure seamless stock management across its product lines, from beer and cider to packaging and merchandise.
This role will play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain accurate stock levels, track deliveries, and support supply chain reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Coordination – Managing purchase orders and stock replenishments, ensuring suppliers deliver on time and in full.
Stock Flow Management – Tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, collaborating with logistics partners to ensure smooth stock movements.
Administrative & System Support – Maintaining up-to-date inventory records, processing documentation, and updating internal systems.
Supplier & Delivery Follow-Up – Liaising with suppliers to track deliveries, escalating delays, and resolving any discrepancies.
Inventory Data & Reporting – Supporting the Supply Chain Manager with stock reports, cycle counts, and reconciliation insights.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an inventory, stock control, or supply chain role, ideally within FMCG, brewing, or beverage industries.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
Confident working with inventory systems, data reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and suppliers.
A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What’s in it for you?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most high-profile and exciting brands in the brewing industry. With big plans ahead, this role offers the chance to play a key role in shaping Hawkstone’s inventory operations and be part of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
In return for your hard work, Hawkstone offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and great opportunities for long-term career growth.
