Job description

Logistics Analyst

Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: Circa £50,000–£55,000 DOE

IMPACT EVOLVE are proud to be partnering with an iconic global brand to appoint a Logistics Analyst into their growing EMEA operations team.

This is a newly created role at a pivotal moment for the business. The brand is scaling rapidly across Europe and investing in data, cost transparency, and operational rigour to support long-term growth.

You’ll play a key role in bringing clarity, control, and insight to logistics and operations, becoming the go to expert for reporting, cost visibility, and data integrity across EMEA.

The Role

This role combines strong analytical capability with hands-on operational understanding to improve logistics performance, control costs, and support decision-making.

It’s not a static reporting role. You’ll be trusted to challenge what exists, improve processes, and help shape how logistics analytics and governance evolve as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse logistics, inventory, fulfilment, and performance data

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks

  • Manage data pipelines and produce weekly/monthly insight packs

Cost Control & Procurement Support

  • Validate and categorise logistics invoices with accurate COGS allocation

  • Prepare monthly cost reports and track spend vs budget

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support carrier selection

Systems & Operational Integrity

  • Maintain accurate data across ERP, e-commerce, TMS, and planning systems

  • Investigate and resolve system discrepancies

  • Ensure consistent workflows, standards, and data quality

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs including OTIF, carrier performance, and inventory accuracy

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and service levels

Automation & Growth Projects

  • Build workflow automations to reduce manual effort

  • Support new system implementations and integrations

  • Support new market launches and partner onboarding across EMEA

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly analytical and structured, with strong cost and financial awareness

  • Experience working with logistics or operations data and KPI reporting

  • Confident validating invoices and supporting cost and procurement decisions

  • Comfortable working across ERP, e-commerce, TMS, and BI/reporting tools

  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience in fashion, retail, or a fast-paced consumer brand is a plus, but not essential. An international mindset and comfort working across cultures will be highly beneficial.

What Success Looks Like

  • Logistics costs and SLAs are transparent, tracked, and optimised

  • Reporting and dashboards are reliable, adopted, and decision-useful

  • High-quality data supports accurate COGS allocation and planning

  • Automation reduces manual effort and improves accuracy

  • The operation is reporting-ready for continued expansion

Hiring Process

  • Deep-dive video interview with IMPACT EVOLVE

  • First-stage interviews with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Practical assessment

  • Final interviews with HR and senior leadership

IMPACT EVOLVE are committed to fairness, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and will provide adjustments throughout the process.

Apply today and help bring clarity, cost control, and insight to a global brand in motion.
