IMPACT EVOLVE is proud to be working exclusively with Hawkstone to support their search for an experienced Logistics Contract Manager to oversee warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations as the brand continues to scale.

With big plans ahead for 2025, Hawkstone is looking for a skilled Logistics Contract Manager with a strong background in logistics contract management, 3PL oversight, and multi-channel supply chain operations. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring seamless stock flow, cost efficiency, and service excellence..
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Contract & Partner Oversight:
Manage relationships with 3PL and logistics partners, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, contracts are optimised, and performance is tracked effectively.
Multi-Channel Logistics Management:
Oversee both B2B and DTC supply chains, ensuring smooth movement of goods across all channels.
Inventory & Stock Flow Management:
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock movement from receipt of finished goods to outbound dispatch.
Project Management & Transition Leadership:
Lead the transition to a new 3PL partner, ensuring a seamless integration and minimal operational disruption.
Cost & Performance Analysis:
Monitor logistics costs, delivery times, and service KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ensure commercial efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Logistics Contract Management Expertise:
Proven experience in managing 3PL partners, overseeing SLAs, and optimizing contract performance.
Multi-Channel Supply Chain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of both B2B and D2C supply chains, with the ability to manage operational complexity across multiple channels.
Inventory & Systems Understanding:
Experience managing inventory accuracy and working with evolving stock management systems.
Analytical & Commercial Acumen:
Ability to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and negotiate cost-effective solutions with logistics partners.
Project & Change Management Skills:
Comfortable managing transitions, leading operational change, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset:
Thrives on tackling complex challenges and driving operational excellence.
