Senior Operations Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €60,000 per year

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Operations Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take control. You’ll be joining a fast-growing third-party logistics provider, managing complex B2B and B2C fulfilment across multiple sites. This isn’t about coasting in middle management – it’s a role for someone who’s hands-on, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day: You’ll manage operations across one or more fulfilment centres, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

  • Drive improvement: Use data, KPIs, and operational insight to identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, faster, better processes.

  • Motivate your team: You’ll lead warehouse supervisors and team leads, bringing energy, structure, and a people-first mindset to drive results.

  • Own client relationships: You’ll be a key contact for clients, tailoring fulfilment solutions to meet their needs while collaborating closely with commercial and service teams.

  • Champion tech & compliance: You’ll work with the systems team to get the most out of our WMS, keep us compliant, and support tech rollouts that move the needle.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (ideally 3PL).

  • A solid background in both B2B and B2C fulfilment.

  • Proven ability to lead across multiple sites and teams.

  • Hands-on experience with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs – and a knack for making them work.

  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with WMS platforms.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills – people listen when you speak.

  • A client-focused mindset – you’re not just solving problems, you’re building partnerships.
