Supply Chain Business Analyst

Location: UK-based | Hybrid Remote (50% on-site travel)
Reporting to: Founder

About Us

IMPACT EVOLVE is a hands-on supply chain and operations consultancy that helps fast-growth, founder-led brands scale with confidence. We partner with some of the UK’s most exciting businesses, including Passenger Clothing, Sneak Energy, Hawkstone Brewery, RIXO, AKT London, and many more.

We exist for brands that are growing faster than their backend can handle. Complexity is our sweet spot. We untangle the chaos, unlock control, and rebuild the operational foundations needed to scale across people, process and systems.

We don’t just advise. We get things done.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our growing team and bring clarity to complex client challenges. This role is at the heart of diagnosing what’s broken, visualising how things work, and generating the insights that drive operational change.

You’ll lead discovery sessions on-site with clients, map current-state processes, analyse messy datasets, and build clear, visual insight packs that make decisions easier. You’ll help us understand what’s happening inside a business and shape the following actions.

This role is perfect for someone who’s been a business analyst, demand planner, or ops analyst inside a brand and is now ready for something broader. You’ll need to be structured, data-savvy, and excited to grow into a consulting role that spans ops, tech, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead on-site diagnostics with our clients to map their current supply chain, tech stack, and workflows.

  • Interview stakeholders across ops, planning, finance, and warehouse to surface gaps and blockers.

  • Analyse operational data from fulfilment and logistics to returns, costs, and service metrics

  • Build structured slide decks, scorecards, and recommendations that guide change.

  • Translate insights into actionable inputs for our delivery consultants and tech leads

  • Support our proposal and sales process with evidence-based insight

  • Contribute to our internal playbooks, templates, and business IP

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

  • Previously worked in roles such as;  Business Analyst, Demand Planner, Operations Analyst, or Solutions Consultant

  • Experience in D2C, eCommerce, or omnichannel brands (ideally £5m–£50m revenue)

  • Working knowledge of the Supply chain tech landscape (ERP, WMS, OMS, or inventory planning tools)

  • Experience working with messy operational data and surfacing root causes

  • Comfortable working across tech, warehouse, and commercial functions

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, modelling, analysis)

  • Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

  • Skilled in process mapping and visual workflows (e.g. Miro, Lucidchart)

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data integration concepts

  • Experienced producing professional, insightful client-ready outputs, structured decks, dashboards, and visuals

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and structured thinker, able to distil complexity into clarity

  • Confident communicator across levels, from warehouse to C-suite

  • Curious, commercially aware, and solutions-focused

  • Energetic, ego-free team player who thrives in imperfect, fast-paced environments

What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary and an attractive bonus scheme

  • Pension scheme

  • Laptop and tech provided

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Quarterly in-person team days and annual offsite retreat

  • Mentorship from the founder and senior team

  • Exposure to some of the UK’s fastest-growing brands

  • Clear path into consulting and delivery roles
