Supply Chain Director – Sneak Energy

Location: Hybrid (4 days/week at Manchester HQ)
Salary: c£80,000

Sneak Energy is one of the UK’s fastest-growing challenger brands, shaking up the energy drink space with a bold D2C-first model, strong retail ambitions and cult-like consumer loyalty.

We are hiring a Supply Chain Director to join their senior leadership team and take ownership of end-to-end operations across demand & supply planning, procurement, NPD, logistics, and S&OP. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.

The Mission

The successful candidate will lead and evolve a lean but growing team, scale the supply chain infrastructure across multiple territories (UK, EU, US), and bring structure, pace and strategic influence to how Sneak sources, moves and delivers product.

This is not a passive role. You will set strategy, drive commercial decisions and roll up your sleeves. You’ll be in the detail - whether negotiating supplier terms, navigating stock risk, or helping the business respond in real-time to opportunity and challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full supply chain roadmap, planning processes and S&OP.

  • Lead supplier and 3PL relationships - commercially and operationally.

  • Manage inventory health, availability and cost efficiency.

  • Drive innovation launches from concept to shelf.

  • Build and lead a high-performance team, shaping future hires.

  • Be the voice of supply chain at the top table - shaping investment and cross-functional alignment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of supply chain leadership in FMCG/CPG, ideally with grocery retail exposure.

  • Strong experience in demand & supply planning, procurement and supplier management.

  • Familiar with sme businesses where pace, agility and structure coexist.

  • Commercially sharp with the ability to influence and challenge with credibility.

  • Hands-on leadership style - comfortable in both strategic meetings and operational execution.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to persuade, influence, and internal teams & suppliers alike.
