Job description
Supply Chain Manager
Location: Remote Working (with ad hoc visits to head office)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 doe
IMPACT EVOLVE are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing consumer brand in their search for a Supply Chain Manager, a pivotal new hire who will both design scalable systems and run daily planning and purchasing.
This is a high impact opportunity for a planner who thrives in fast paced environments. The business is scaling rapidly in the £10–40m revenue space and now needs a supply chain function that can keep pace. You’ll take ownership of S&OP, inventory policy, supplier management, and purchasing execution, bringing rhythm, visibility, and control to an exciting category.
This is not about inheriting a polished set up; you’ll be building the function while running it, ensuring the supply chain supports continued growth, resilience, and customer satisfaction.
In return, you’ll enjoy a strong starting salary, hybrid working flexibility, and the chance to shape a supply chain function from the ground up. You’ll make a direct impact on a high-growth consumer brand, within a culture that values openness, collaboration, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of S&OP processes, embedding a planning rhythm across teams.
Own global inventory policy, reporting, and systemisation, balancing working capital with availability.
Manage suppliers and co-manufacturers, building relationships and holding them accountable.
Execute purchasing plans end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
Develop and optimise systems and data flows (ERP and Excel) to improve decision-making.
Support kitting and free-issuing processes alongside full-service manufacturing partners.
Provide visibility of inbound flows, risks, and supply-demand balance to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in demand/supply planning (over procurement bias).
Experience in cosmetics, skincare, pharma, or similar inventory-led categories.
ERP power user and Excel expert, capable of building forecasting tools from scratch.
Hands-on experience operating in scaling businesses (£10–40m revenue), ideally during growth phases.
Proven ability to work closely with co-manufacturers, managing dynamics, building partnerships, and driving accountability.
Resilient in chaos but skilled at creating structure and systemising.
High energy communicator with ambition to learn, grow, and progress as the company scales.
What Success Looks Like:
A scalable supply chain backbone with structure, rhythm, and visibility.
Suppliers and co-manufacturers engaged, managed, and accountable.
Inventory is optimised, reported, and aligned with growth plans.
S&OP discipline embedded across commercial, operations, and finance.
A function that reduces fire-fighting and enables sustainable growth.
