They’re growing fast and we’re looking for a hands-on, high-performing Warehouse & Logistics Manager to keep their operations running seamlessly as they scale.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position reporting to the Head of Operations, with full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the warehouse and logistics operations. You'll lead multiple teams across warehouse functions and transport, ensuring goods are delivered on time, in full and always to the standard their customers expect.

You’ll also help shape the warehouse infrastructure, whether that’s through layout redesigns, onboarding third-party logistics partners, or overseeing site transitions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all warehouse operations across multiple sites: from goods-in to dispatch

• Manage fleet and transport compliance: vehicle inspections, maintenance, and driver standards

• Deliver seasonal resourcing plans, including temporary labour where needed

• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to keep daily operations on track

• Execute strategic projects like layout changes, racking upgrades, and new site launches

• Own safety and compliance across the board: reporting, audits, and incident management

• Drive cost-saving initiatives and productivity gains across the team

• Be the escalation point for delivery issues, stock inaccuracies, or safety concerns

What You’ll Bring

• Senior-level experience managing warehouse and logistics in a high-SKU or scaling business

• Solid transport management knowledge—ideally with a CPC qualification

• Strong people leadership skills with experience across permanent and seasonal teams

• Proven track record in warehouse optimisation, fleet management, and cost control

• Confident with systems—experience with ERP or WMS software is essential (Odoo is a plus)
